Personal Trainer Food: Beef Brisket and Mixed Vegetables

I have to say that I’m really pleased with the quality of the meals I have with my Personal Trainer Food program.  Sometimes, I “finesse” them and do things like cook the beans more or make a fake-out squash casserole (by the way, I’m changing the parmesan cheese to cheddar next time to see how that tastes–the parm was good, so I’m thinking cheddar will be even better).  But sometimes, I do nothing except heat, add a little bit of the garlic butter sauce, plate it and eat.  Last night, I had the beef brisket and mixed vegetables, and just shot the attached photo with my phone.  I have to say, it was good.  Much better than I had anticipated.  Just follow the directions.
